My husband and I were blessed to lead a team of hard working Jesus followers to Zambia, Africa this August. Our small team of 17 participated in eleven different ministries. We held medical, dental and eyeglass clinics, provided feminine hygiene products including menstrual cups, did a daily Vacation Bible School for hundreds of children, provided water filtration systems, had a women’s conference, two preaching opportunities and a marriage conference and had many opportunities for evangelism and Bible distribution. Each team member was uniquely gifted. We were supported by lovely host partners. We felt loved and well cared for by them. Having the opportunity to be used by God for His purposes and His glory was the greatest gift of all.
