I originally went on this mission to share my nursing skills with the people of El Salvador. I was taken by surprise when I realized that God called me on this mission to witness his love for us. It was so much more than the medicine we offered, it was His word that offered the most healing. God put together an amazing team that not only helped the people of El Salvador but brought people of all walks together to help each other, lift up one another, , support each other and love one another. I gained valuable experience as well as brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray that the local people of El Salvador continue to see God's love for them and that they are protected and kept safe in His loving arms.
