Special Travel Announcement: All participants must travel to/from the entry airport as a group from Seoul, South Korea on the same plane. Customs challenges require the entire team to go in and depart together. This may require you to sleep in the gateway city (Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles) the night before the flight so as to ensure everyone is on same flight (unless you live within driving distance). No deviations in travel will be allowed without prior approval from GHO Director.
This is GHO’s eighth trip to this country. God has blessed us with excellent and experienced national partners who are very knowledgeable and experienced with the many challenges that face short-term healthcare work. We also look forward to working with a team of “gospel workers” who greatly assist with evangelism.
Our translators are largely comprised of medical, dental and other professional students who are involved with the national Healthcare Christian Fellowship group. Many of these students are adherents to Buddhism, while others are vibrant first generation Christians. The ministry to our student-translators is a wonderful aspect of this mission. Additionally, we are hoping that the Lord allows us to help facilitate a discipleship training conference for members of the local church.
This trip will be demanding both physically and professionally, and a deep desire to have a humble servant heart is an essential requirement! Together we will care for many unreached people in the Name of Christ.

- Important Note! The expiration date on your valid passport MUST be 6 months beyond the return date of your trip. It may take 3 to 6 months to receive a passport from your local passport office; therefore, you may consider obtaining your passport via g3visas at www.g3visas.com.
