Student and Family-Friendly Trip

We welcome physicians, dentists, pharmacists, dermatologists, optometrists, ophthalmologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, first responders, dental hygienists, dental assistants, physical/occupational therapists, students, servants (non-medical helpers), and a trip photographer/videographer on all of our general medicine and dentistry trips.

This is a truly life-changing trip.  We serve in San Alejo, which is a small town about 45 minutes outside of San Miguel.  This town was once incredibly oppressed by the evil that stemmed from gang activities.  The government of El Salvador took aggressive actions against the gangs and went from being one of the most dangerous countries in Central America to one of the safest.  When we first served there over a decade ago, it looked like a ghost town.  People were afraid to come outside.  Pastor Orlando, our in-country partner, with his church has done an amazing job bringing San Alejo back to life.  I never read 1 Peter 2:9, "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.", without thinking of San Alejo.  These fine people need help physically and spiritually.  We usually have some opportunities to do some home visits which are unbelievable!  Come join us for the mission trip of a lifetime!

Our clinic weeks are complemented by the bilingual Christian school that Iglesia Cristiana Por la Gracia de Dios church sponsors, which provides our excellent interpreters who have a heart for evangelism.
