URGENT Position Needed: Dentist
The J*rdan mission trip will take place March 13 - 22, 2015. We have a need of one dentist for this team. We will be in M*fraq, J*rdan and will be working in two areas. One is with our host partner who runs a state-of-the-art mobile dental clinic and goes into surrounding desert villages treating Bedouin nomads and their families. The second area will be in the Ann*or Sanat*rium, named after the Queen of J*rdan. The hospital is the Middle East's referral center for lung diseases. It is a 40-bed facility frequented by patients suffering from multi-drug resistant tuberculosis, asthma, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis and congestive heart failure. It also offers pediatric care and serves large numbers of malnourished children from S*udi Ar*bia, Syr*a, Ir*q and Y*men.
The hospital is 10 miles from the Syr*an border and there is a Syr*an refugee camp of more than 100,000 refugees. Part of our team will serve food and distribute clothing in the refugee camp. The hospital is an openly Chr*stian hospital where the gosp*l is allowed to be shared because of the tremendous need and treatment the doctors give.
This is our third trip and it is an outstanding opportunity to care for and love the people of J*rdan with the love of Chr*st. Come get on your heart what the L*rd has on His heart-the nations!

- Some foreign language skill is greatly appreciated
- Vaccinations
Responsibilities
- Attending morning and evening team meetings, including devotions
- Serving in the capacity of position on team and/or at direction of the team leader
