El Salvador... Where do I even begin? God is so amazing in every way (yea, that’s where I’ll start). My first mission trip, and first time outside of the country, God taught me so many things. My expectations were to go and help people, but I came back with a different perspective on life, bc these people helped me. There are so many things we take for granted here in America, y’all don’t even realize how well we have it here... In this trip, we saw over 2,300 patients. I made new friends, learned a lot more about Jesus’ love, survived a 5.9 earthquake lol, and shared my testimony.
If you haven’t gone on a mission trip, I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it. I didn’t. And I can’t wait to go back next year.
