I was blessed to be a part of a large trip to the Dominican Republic this past March. We had a large team which included 7 pharmacists and even more medical students. This allowed us to run a full clinic, visit school class rooms and provide house calls. I was able to step out of my comfort zone and bring the pharmacy to the house-bound. Serving our patients and praying with them is an added blessing I wasn't expecting. Worship is an added benefit for the team. Preparing each day with worship and sharing really empowers us to serve and share with our patients. Come prepared to step out and expand your skills.
