Mission trip to Ecuador
This week I had an incredible opportunity to serve the Lord and his people in Ecuador. Our team have provided dental, medical and optical care in a tribal community of Shuar living in the Amazon rainforest. Thank you so much for your prayers, we had a safe trip and returned home to our families today! The Lord had graciously blessed his servants and those who have been served. The Verbo church in Gualaquiza had joyfully opened the door to about 2000 people who needed healing touch both physically and spiritually. It was such a great privilege to work for God's kingdom this week and be a witness to the hundreds of people receiving Christ as their personal Savior! I am feeling physically exhausted but definitely spiritually rejuvenated! “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” (2 Cor. 1:3-4 NIV)
