I have been blessed to have gone on 3 medical/dental mission trips to Nicaragua as a registered nurse. The love the people of Nicaragua showed to us so touched my heart. I wish everyone in America could see how the rest of the world survives and they would see how little Americans have to complain about. We received so much more than we gave. The Lord was more concerned about the work He was doing inside us than the physical work we were doing there. You will be changed by the Holy Spirit. After your return you will never see things the same way again. Your heart will be opened with an attitude of gratitude and a desire to give to others. You will want to follow in spreading the word of Jesus to others.
