Urgent need for a sonographer!

Student and Family Friendly Trip - This trip’s specialty will be serving a community and include a small component of Human Trafficking Relief.

We welcome physicians, OBGYN doctors, dentists, pharmacists, dermatologists, optometrists, ophthalmologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, first responders, dental hygienists, dental assistants, physical/occupational therapists, students, servants (non-medical helpers), and a trip photographer/videographer on all of our general medicine and dentistry trips.

We are looking for primary care providers and dentists to run a general medical and dental clinic in Guatemala. This country is known for its beautiful volcanic landscape and Mayan culture. With a population of 14 million, it is the second most populated country in Central and South America. Poverty is such an epidemic in Guatemala that it affects the vast majority of its citizens. Almost 80% of the population lives in poverty with 40% living in extreme poverty. Due to the volcano eruption 2 years ago, poverty has even gotten worse. Most team members will work in the general clinic area serving a very poor community. A smaller part of the team will be serving in a human trafficking area within the city. This team will be serving people the world has forgotten. We will be bringing the message of hope through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Letting them know that their Father in heaven has not forgotten them and loves them and cares for them. This trip is family-friendly and welcomes students as well. This trip will be serving the very poor of Guatemala.  We have a strong national partner who has worked with and has a great relationship with GHO for years.

Would you prayerfully consider whether you are being called to a ministry such as this?
