If you love people and love serving our Lord, this team is for you! We will go up into the coffee growing region in the mountains above the capital San Salvador.
Approximately 50,000 people live in this mountainous district. There is little to no healthcare available to them unless they go down the mountain and into the capital. Most cannot afford the cost to travel this distance nor the fees charged for medical care. I have found our patients to be very receptive to our ministrations and open to hear the gospel of Jesus.
Dentists will revel in the ministry they can do in El Salvador. There is dental equipment onsite and available for your use. Two or three local Christian dentists will be there several days of our ministry.
The personnel needs include practitioners who can see and treat patients. We have had urologists and orthopedists who enjoyed working in this capacity. Orthopedists have helped in many ways including those who benefited from steroid joint injections. NPs, PAs, RNs, pharmacists, physical therapists and of course DENTISTS and dental hygienists are all needed. Half of our team typically consists of non-medical people (called logistics) who can serve in a multitude of ways.

Responsibilities
